Given what is happening in Buffalo, 10+ years is a pipe dream. QBs coming out of college are so much more prepared to play at the next level than at any time prior. We were a deserving playoff team last season w/ our guy in just his 2nd season. It’s a QB driven League. Find one and you’re ‘in the hunt’ quickly.

Getting to a SB from the AFC side is going to be extremely tough with this kind of QB talent. 

I think the opposite as it will make Josh even better.  People who are winners tend to rise to their level of competition.

Chandler to you’re point, 10 years of SB wins or something like that is a dream, but having a seriously competitive team each year is feasible.

The NFC was the dominant conference from the early 80s to mid 90s.   

 

The AFC has since won 15 of the last 23 super bowls.
