They gave McD some tips 90 days into his tenure here.

McD made it a point to meet with the 90's stalwarts for dinner when he took over to pick their brains about that team and  "His purpose, according to one of the legends, was just trying to figure out what made those great teams tick."

I cant believe it took 20+ years for someone to actually do this. But am so happy it is McD. I dont think Gregg Williams would have gotten as much out of it.
