#2. Bills (No. 4; 10-3): Some teams step up in December. Some teams don’t. The Bills are.

#3 Josh Allen is proving to a lot of people he's now a star quarterback. This team is legit and can be a Super Bowl team.  Up 2

#4  The Bills are peaking at the right time. Six days after Josh Allen played like a superstar in a convincing victory over the 49ers, the Bills put together their most complete game of the season to date in an impressive 26-15 win over the Steelers.   Up 1

#3. Buffalo Bills (10-3)

Sunday night's statement win over the Pittsburgh Steelers established the Bills as perhaps the biggest threat to Kansas City in the AFC. The Bills are riding as high as they have since the 1990s.

#3. Buffalo Bills (10–3)   Washington ruined Buffalo’s chance to hand Pittsburgh its first defeat of the season, but this was nonetheless a statement win for the Bills.

#3 Buffalo Bills (10-3) Last week 5

The Bills' offense is a complete turnaround from last season's anemic unit, as Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs have combined to form one of the most potent QB-WR duos in the NFL.

This. Although I’d put us ahead of the Saints right now, I believe they’re correct in saying the Bills are peaking at the right time. Thank God.

Supposedly Cowtud had us at 1??? Can anyone confirm?

Yes. Cowherd has them #1.

The Bills are #1 or #2 in a couple power rankings.

Maybe I'm being pedantic, but I don't see how  the Steelers was the most complete game of the season. Our offense had 4 punts, 2 turnovers, and scored 3 points in the first half. It might've been the best defensive effort of the season, but I think the Dolphins, Raiders, Seahawks, and 49ers games were each better overall games.

Based on the Media .....

Because the Steelers are a "powerhouse" in the AFC.

The Bills first "statement" game against a contender.

PFF likely has us at 12 and the annoying guy from ESPN (ok that is too vague) Nick Wright has us at 28 because you can't trust their QB. Good or bad it is all click bait.

Look at the competition we were playing.  All 4 of the other teams you mentioned don't have nearly the defense Pittsburgh has.  (Seahawks were giving up the most passing yards per game in the history of the NFL).  Pittsburgh brings it on defense every week.  To beat the best your offense defense and special teams have to all play at their best.  Overall that is what we did.

Dan Hanzus is tripping. Saints lost to a 4 win team. We lost to playoff contenders

They also don’t have Breese right now.

This statement win nonsense is really getting old. Same with the "for real" talk.

The Bills went into the game as the better team. The Bills were the favorites.

It wasn't a statement win, it was a top 4 team in the league and one of the favorites to win the SB beating a good team.... like they've done more than any other team in the league this season.
