Yep.  Spend the money on building an elite O line and any decent RB will flourish.

Yep See San Fran, plug and play a RB.  Now if we are talking about someone like Kamara (threat out of the backfield as well) I might be talked into paying that type of RB

making obvious points like I stand against beating women earns you good boy points.

I applaud your bold stance on the matter.

When you're done applauding (and sneering), would you care to defend your apparent position that shoving and kicking a woman is just "drunk and rowdy" behavior, and that anyone who objects to it is seeking "good boy" points or "holier than thou"?

Haven't seen a response to this:

Tell me more about this, Teddy.  To you and your buds, "kick woman" is part and parcel of "drunk and rowdy"?

You can't get drunk and rowdy without it?

Look, I'm personally all about give the guy a chance, but to make it into "good boy" vs "drunk and rowdy" is bizarro world.

What the hell kind of young dumb drunk people you hang with?

I know young dumb drunk people.  I've been a young dumb drunk people in my time.  I've taken care of young dumb very drunk people in the emergency room.  And I've never been, or been around, a young dumb drunk people who walked out in a hotel hallway to kick a woman after she'd been shoved to the ground.  That ain't right, and you don't need to be a Holy Water Vendor to see it that way.

......there's a lot of space between "not the end of the world and he took his medicine" and "anyone who objects has never been young dumb drunk or is "holier than thou" racking up "good boy points".  That's crap.

Expand

A person might think you don't actually have a good response to this, and are primarily just interested perpetuating this bizarro world dichotomy where punching and kicking people is just "young dumb drunk" behavior only "holier than though" "good boys" find objectionable.

It’s not that deep,   Logic and gug went in for good boy points.  I don’t see many punches being thrown.

I know it’s the cancel culture era but this Hunt video does not shake me to my core.

For sure its not a good look but Hunt claims that's not the person he is and he regrets his behaviour. Maybe his assertions deserve some credibility if he's not been any kind of habitual offender. If every GM felt the way some posters do he would never play football again and be deprived of the livelihood he's doubtless worked very hard to achieve. Based on that one incident I would find that a little harsh. Radical even. And I'm a friggen libtard lol.

Totally agree. Let's be aggressive and trade up for Pitts. Let Knox be TE2. Promote Moss to RB1 and maybe upgrade Singletary? Do not pay big $ for a RB considering upcoming contracts.

The video isn’t Ray Rice or Joe Mixon.

It’s not the end of the world, and he paid the price for his stupidity.

I know the holy crowd likes to flaunt their holiness but I’d welcome Hunt to this team in 21 with ease.

He pushed her, she punched him.    He pushed her again and kicked her in the leg.

There’s no reason for you to throw a tantrum.

I know a few people have already stated this, but just to be clear - Kareem Hunt is under contract through 2022, and Nick Chubb is under contract through 2021, so neither of them are available to sign this offseason. If we are talking Free Agent RBs for this offseason, it isn't pretty. The best of the bunch is probably Kenyan Drake. Other guys who are currently slated to be free agents include Le'Veon Bell, Todd Gurley, Leonard Fournette, Tevin Coleman, James White, Mike Davis, Matt Breida, and a bunch of other guys who aren't upgrades. With Singletary and Moss under contract for the foreseeable future, I don't know that we are going to bring someone in. You typically want your 3rd RB contributing on special teams. If you really want an upgrade,  you're going to need to look to the first couple rounds of the draft.
