jc707270
86 grade. 80-89 Outstanding Prospect Player has abilities to create mismatches versus most opponents in the NFL. A feature player that has an impact on the outcome of the game. Cannot be shut down by a single player and plays on a consistent level week in and week out. He rates in the top 10 at his position and is considered a second round draft prospect. Not who I would have thought we'd pick of course. Hopefully we can get adam terry or munoz! Brandon
Its a matchup pick and I think they tore a page out of the NE playbook here, drafting a guy with similar measurables to Deion Branch. Most third CBs do not have the speed or agility to keep pace with a guy like Parrish. He's sort of like Az Hakim was for the Rams back when they went to the Super Bowl. Its tough to double the outside WRs when you can't cover a dangerous slot reciever who can take a 5 yard pass the distance. He's also a dangerous return man, so on kickoffs, the opposing team gets to pick its poison: McGee or Parrish. Not a fun prospect. Sure, its an unconventional pick, but I like it well enough. BuckeyeBill
With all due respect... I think that TD does pretty good on picking unconventional picks. Except it shows that he has no faith is the guy he chose 3 years ago as a Wideout... namely Josh Reed.
