Biden does not have responsibility for Covid, the pathetic excuse for a President we’ve had for 4 years dies.  Biden needs to knock off the silly attempts at humor; no one is in the mood.  He wasn’t referring to Covid, he was referring to what he would have done if he disagreed with his boss when he was VP.  What more would you like me to say about his statement?

Again, he didn’t cause the virus but he demonstrated complete incompetence in handling it.  Bush didn’t cause 9/11, but he rallied the nation.  And then he didn’t cause Hurricane Katrina but completely botched the response.

The country might be in the mood for the old “VP disagrees with boss so naturally he gets a serious illness and resigns” gag if only we weren’t in the 11th month of death and despair.  He just missed on the timing of the joke, maybe not fully briefed on the current death total.  Maybe he thought we were under a hundred thousand or so—that’s when it brings the house down.  
 

The man is toast.  He never had a good feel for what to say and when, but as old age has ravaged his brain, the filters are just dropping.  This isn’t a joke, it’s a babbling old man.

I've already laid-out why it wouldn't have been any better under Hillary, if not worse.  But we can't go back in time, can we?

 

And the vaccine makers declaring they had vaccines that were 90+% effective and coming soon prior to the election would have changed things.

I don’t care what Hillary would have done or not done.  I do not care what other elected leaders of other countries did.  I care what our elected president did and he blew it.  These “well, what about so and so” arguments are a better fit in a preschool playground.

You should care if you want to have an honest discussion.  If you're willing to accept that this virus was going to ravage the US no matter who was POTUS, then it becomes less about "it's all because of him" and more about China's criminal actions.  Under Barry, H1N1 was basically ignored for 5 months and infected tens of millions, but it wasn't nearly as bad as this and didn't ravage the US.  Meanwhile, remember all the models of millions of people dying from it?  Where has all the talk of those gone?
