LBs will be key this game, we will need to learn how to stop the run. At this point I would rather have Klein in than our nickels. If they can make it work its a huge advantage for the defense.

Mullens doesn’t throw downfield a lot and they run a wide zone run game. He dinks and dunks down the field and they live on YAC. Whatever the Bills do, they need their best tacklers on the field Unless we can put up points fast and force them to throw.. it’d be much easier for us to tee off against Mullens in that scenario..

For sure. I think the Bills will actually invite him to throw deep by playing up close to the LOS. 1
BuffBillsForLife Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 Would be huge if they're both back for the 49ers. But unless Milano is 100% healthy I don't want him going in and reaggravating his injury like he did a month ago.
TigerJ Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 The Bills have become so accustomed to being debilitated at linebacker, it may take a bit of adjustment to get back to where they are comfortable with what they can put on the field. LOL

It will be interesting to see who they pull off the 53-man roster to accommodate Milano

QB Bills Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 I guess I'm on an island here but I'm still not a Klein fan. He's been better the last few games for sure, but he consistently looks awful in coverage while trying to catch or cut off a ball carrier. Milano is miles better.
Malazan Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 lol, how times have changed. People are worried that Milano/Dodson are going to replace Klein
IgotBILLStopay Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 since SFO runs the ball so much - we should go with a lot more 3 LB sets. So, I do expect Milano and / or Dodson to be activated with no significant reduction in Klein's snaps. They will come out of Taron Johnson's snaps IMO. The key will be to stop Mostert from getting big runs. 2
