CSBill Posted December 1, 2020 Posted December 1, 2020 5-7, that’s about right. But we could move up with some wins over the next few weeks. 6

And Tenny moving down with a loss Seattle was ranked higher than Buffalo and in another one the Ravens ? from the tweet Pro Football Talk – Mike Florio No. 4. Orlando Buffalo Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 I don't what to make of those guys that have us at 4 since I don't think we have played to that level yet but I definitely think the next few weeks will show a lot 1
BuffBillsForLife Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 I would put us behind KC, PIT, GB for sure, after that it's arguable. NO with Brees is better, NO with Taysom Hill is not. I would grudgingly put TEN ahead of us since they blasted us head to head. So, Bill at #6 by my measure. 4

We don't have the firepower on offense right now to be any higher then that. With Brown, I like our chances against any team other than KC.
r00tabaga Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 KC NO- w Brees Pitt Ten Buffalo Sea GB Indy Miami TB
folz Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 To me, head-to-head matters when records are close, so... KC and TEN should be ahead of us in a power ranking. and SEA, LAR, MIA, LV should be below ARZ is fringe. They beat us, but on a last second Hail Mary, and we have a better record by 2 games. So, this is my one exception to the head-to-head. I'm putting BUF ahead of ARZ. Then you have: PITT, NO, GB, TB, IND, and CLE in the mix. PITT may be decided when we play them, but for now the Steelers get the bid for being undefeated. And I'm the same as others, NO with Brees is ahead, without Brees, below. GB has the same record, but they have been scoring more than us (and are only 1 point different in points given up), plus Aaron Rodgers. So, I'll put GB ahead. I think Tampa and Buf are close, they have also played a tough schedule and have lots of weapons. But I'll give Buf the edge because we have 1 more win and two fewer losses. I think we are ahead of Indy because of our QB, and I think we have more talent than them. And I'm still not buying Cleveland yet (plus Josh over Baker). For all teams, I took into account head-to-head as much as possible, good wins (say against KC, NO, GB, etc.), team talent, QB, record, and strength of schedule. So, my top 15 rankings would be: KC (10-1) PITT (10-0) GB (8-3) NO (w/Brees) (9-2) TEN (8-3) BUF (8-3) TB (7-5) SEA (8-3) LAR (7-4) MIA (7-4) ARZ (6-5) LVR (6-5) BAL (6-4) CLE (8-3) IND (7-4) 1

I’m sure most of us remember the days where we’d crack the top 10 about a month to a month and a half into the season and then the bottom would fall out. 1

You made an exception to you own rule? 6-5 is damn close to 8-3 with 5 weeks left. Pitt, NO, GB, KC, are the top 3. BUF then TEN and CLE, who play each other this week. Go Cleveland. (poor Cleveland is rated under teams with better records -like the Ravens with 2 more losses!? - and their schedule is all but done with the cream puff teams) Tampa? Why? Because Grandpa Brady? Indy has a good record but IN division and conference they are 1-2 and 3-4 respectively. Tenny - CLE, @JAX, DET, @GB, @HOU. they can have 2 to 3 losses there.
ProcessTruster Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 These rankings don't mean much to me other than KC at 1. It's pretty much KC and then everyone else fighting it out for the right to get beat by them. That team is stacked.

He probably shouldn’t call it a rule but a guide. I don’t think 6-5 is that close to 8-3 especially when you consider the nature of the loss and the schedule down the stretch for the cards. 1
TBBills Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 Let's get some consistency here and win Monday to stay in top 5
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted December 2, 2020 Author Posted December 2, 2020 The remaining SOS (is kind of funny because of Division "rivalries") Buffalo - .574 - Pitt 10-0 as THE threat followed by lesser threats of Mia, NE, Den, SF - THE only reason the SOS is high is because of Pitt Pittsburgh - .546 - Ravens (today), Bills, Browns, Colts followed by lesser threats of Cincy and WFT. Cleveland - .528 - Steelers, Tenny, Ravens followed by lesser threats of JETS and Giants. Miami - .573 - KC, Buff, Vegas followed by lesser threats of NE** and the JETS.

Yikes those are all very close. Nobody has a cake walk but I’ll take the Bills schedule. My biggest concern is our prime time history. The Bills have traditionally fallen on their swords under the lights. 1

I have to believe they are better than those past teams. (Battered Bills Fan Syndrome) 1
foreboding Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 (edited) I think without Brees the order should be as follows, mine is based on POWER not RECORD. 1. KC 2. Steelers 3. GB 4. TN 5. Buff 6. NO (moves to 3 or 4 with Brees) 7. CLE (Wow, in top 10!) 8. SEA 9. Mia 10. TB Edited December 2, 2020 by foreboding
Ya Digg? Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 44 minutes ago, r00tabaga said: Steelers aren’t that good. Carry on. Was coming here to say the same thing - they are undefeated through 11 games so they deserve a high ranking, but I'm really looking forward to the beating the Bills put on them in a couple of weeks. They have barely survived a Dallas team that's going nowhere and a team of essentially 3rd stringers in that Baltimore game today. That being said, it shows that every team towards the top have played games that perhaps they could have won by more or didn't look at great and still won, so I'm very encouraged for these last several games and the playoffs 1
