BillsFan4 Posted December 1, 2020 Posted December 1, 2020 It’s on showtime tonight at 9pm, for those who have showtime. Hopefully the full Bills segment will hit YouTube or twitter the following day for those who don’t. 10 1 6
Michael1962 Posted December 1, 2020 Posted December 1, 2020 Is that really a thing? I don't recall every hearing of this before, maybe I slept through it.
buffalo2218 Posted December 1, 2020 Posted December 1, 2020 Disqualify a player over something like spinning a ball? I get a couple of vicious late hits with intent to injure, but seriously? 2
GETTOTHE50 Posted December 1, 2020 Posted December 1, 2020 i wish the bills media team released mic'd up segments with this material. the clips they use are very mundane 3

CSBill Posted December 1, 2020 Posted December 1, 2020 (edited) Love the conversation with the refs, they are human after all. McD give the necessary correction, but leaves with a strong affirmation. That’s good coaching and parenting. This will be fun to watch. Edited December 1, 2020 by CSBill 7

"I like the swagger though, Dammit that's a great drive, Baby!" I like how Dawson Knox comes over and is just standing there looming over Davis and then Winters comes up. Just in case Davis were to take exception. 4
SCBills Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 One of my biggest Playoff concerns was McDermott being able to match the bully mentality of the Titans, should we rematch them again... Clips like this go a long way in alleviating that concern.

I know a bunch of people talk about McD and his conservative nature (or the appearance of it) but hearing him at the end "I like the swagger though dammit, that's a great drive baby" really should have people less concerned about it. That and his mic'd up clip this week of him going nuts on the sideline all game. Edited December 2, 2020 by The Wiz 3

What he was saying is that it's stupid that two taunting penalties can get you tossed, but 2 late hits that potentially injure players doesn't. 3
MJS Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 I kind of doubt that Allen even tried to taunt him. He just happened to be standing right there, I think. But who knows...
Doc Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 Just now, MJS said: I kind of doubt that Allen even tried to taunt him. He just happened to be standing right there, I think. But who knows... It looked like he meant it because he looked right at Davis after he did it. If he hadn't looked at him, he might not have been flagged. But the Moss penalty was a stupid call. 3

He looked up and saw him and spun it right at his feet and then looked at him again. 1

Buffalo03 Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 I feel like if they ever had Dick Jauron mic'd up when he was here that anytime we did something bad he would go up to the players and say "it's ok, don't worry about it. It's tough to win in this league" lol
SirAndrew Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 I was surprised McD somewhat swore. I saw him as Phillip Rivers style cussing. I expected “ I love the swagger by golly”.
Buffalo Junction Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 McD mic’d up was cool..... Then they spent the whole time talking about Brady. As usual, not worth watching. Status quo since they left HBO and and stopped talking about football. 🤷♂️
