The defesne kept Herbert off target the whole game.  He had to rush throws, and put too much on a lot of passes, because we had good pressure on him.  Hughes and Klein were great most of the game.

They allowed two hail mary's to be caught in the 4th quarter

No argument there. Poyer needs Hail Mary coaching I guess.
They gave up 17 points when the offense had 3 turnovers. Happy with the direction of the d

Defense steps up and bails the team out numerous times down the stretch after turnovers, somehow giving up zero 4th quarter points. Game balls all over the place on D.

Time for more "rose color glasses" fans ignoring the obvious....

Eat me. The team remains in first place and is 8-3.

Defense is definitely getting it together.  This is now three games in a row,  against good offenses (minus Hail Mary’s because I actually have to type that out) that they’ve played well.

A lot of it is because teams are playing catch up and they allow some garbage time scores that make the game closer but don't change the outcome.

Not saying they have been great but it isn't as bad as the numbers suggest.

But then they become nail biters because of dumb penalties that allow the drives to continue, or we get the first down ourselves, but then is called back due to penalties on us.

What were there 3 Unsportsmanlike calls and 2 roughing passer calls?

Mentally weak team?

That's b.s.

We're 8-3 and played 7 winning teams! There's nothing mentally weak about that . I'd actually argue the other way

It's hard to win in this league.

The Bills are giving up nearly 17 points a game in the second half of games, statistically the worst in the NFL. These statistics are a total reflection of the Bills coaching staff. When a team can't finish off a game it is a sign of mental weakness.

Throw in the 2nd half offensive turnovers and stupid penalties, and mental weakness is now the trademark of the McDermott era Buffalo Bills.

Remember when you said we were going on a collapse?  We’ve won 2 out of those 3 games.

When does this collapse start?

The only stat that matters is the Win / Loss Stat!

Go Bills!!!

If you watch enough other games you would see that is kinda the norm not the exception.
