Hebert19 Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 Yes. He gets us field possession sometimes but him bringing it out twice in second half set us up at the 10 and 12 respectively. Terrible decisions. Do it once you catch them off guard as he did on first kickoff but he killed us twice in second half.

How bout block someone and not allow them free shots at the 10 yard line? 1
Aussie Joe Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 He should have knocked the ball down at the end 4

You can't blame him because they want him to be aggressive and make things happen, which h err has all year. How did he kill us when we were up 4 with 37 seconds left?

Simon Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 He makes a lot of plays for this team so I have no problem with the occasional mistake.

Don’t worry we’ll wait.

CSBill Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 When those go for 30 yards, they are great decision. When they go for 10, and that is followed by a 3 and out and a 12 yard punt, then it becomes a poor decision.

LABILLBACKER Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 Between that booming 12 yard punt by Bozo and the 2 returns to the 10 by Roberts, it was typical 3rd Qtr fodder. I have absolutely no faith anymore in this team performing in the 3rd Qtr. None whatsoever.
Ethan in Cleveland Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 0-5 yards deep I'm ok. But he was 5+ yards deep on the two in the third quarter.
Nelius Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 He's been great. He gets a pass. If you really want a special teams play that crushed us, look no further than Bojo's 12 yard punt in perfect weather. 2 1

Miyagi-Do Karate Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 In my view, Roberts should get the green light every time he wants it— whether it is from the 5 or 9 yards deep in the end zone. The benefits outweigh the costs.

It's hard to understand evidently for people being paid millions of dollars to understand it, but when you are just standing in an end zone waiting for a hail Mary it is extremely advantageous to be tall.
