As I recall, Kelly said no one could cover him as a WR, and I wonder if his career would've been different now that those shifty slot guys are so important...?
Just Joshin' Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 I guess I do not see Tasker as a backup as he was such a key player. So I would go Davis as the Offense did not lose much when he came into the game. Reich was great but did not play enough IMO.

Gonzonzo Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 Brad Smith. He was lethal from the wildcat. 1
Ned Flanders Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 In no particular order: Robb Riddick Roland Hooks Kenny Davis Frank Reich James Harris

Buffalo Boy Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 Kenny Davis was the first name to hit my mouth. I Suppose Frank Reich is right there, too. 1

PonyBoy Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 How about a little love for Butch Rolle! All he did was catch touchdowns. 14 consecutive receptions for touchdowns with the Bills. That stat will never be broken by anyone! 4 1

Figster Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 Frank Reich Coming in a close 2nd is Doug Flutie when they benched him for surfer dude. 1
Logic Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 Shaud Williams. Every time it was 3rd and 10 or more, I used to get so excited for the HB Draw with Shaud for 3 yards. Really set the forthcoming punt up nicely. 2 1
hondo in seattle Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 (edited) Frank Reich and Roland Hooks. I was a Hooks fan even before his back-to-back miracle catches against the Pats with mere seconds left that helped get us into the playoffs in '81. If you count them as backups, I have to add Freddy and Tasker. Edited November 13, 2020 by hondo in seattle
machine gun kelly Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 When you’re contemplating, it’s always safe to go with the “Wang”. God bless ya Ed.
