I like it fried with eggs. My Grandmother way back used to make it and it was really good. Now all I can find is the frozen one that has to thaw before slicing. Its not bad but not like the home made version. Mmm... snouts, ears, innards, fat, seasoning. I figure that if someone can eat Spam they should like scrapple.

Hits the pallet ok, but not a fan of the aftertaste.

That might be the iron from the "sweet meats". 

Scrapple is something that I can eat 5-6 times a year and it has to be fried crispy. 1/2" slices seem the best.
