I've always loved that Allen's jersey number is 17 exactly for that reason. Putting those 17 seasons behind us.

I don't know if this has been mentioned or not, but I think it's possible Allen's drop in production against the Chiefs and Titans could have been due to him knowing his grandmother wasn't in the best of health. Allen has to be the toughest quarterback I've ever seen physically and after yesterday mentally as well.

One of the guys on ESPN this morning (might have been Ryan Clark or Rex)... said Josh was playing with a separated shoulder and feels much better now.  So if that’s the case, the Tenn and KC games totally make sense.
