I can't bash Tre. Metcalf is clearly more athletic than him. Perfect throw on top of that. Few can beat him with that outside of Russell/Metcalf

Anyways if a team commits a penalty and can catch the flag before it hits the ground. They cant call the penalty. Poyer thought he had to throw it, which is the case if it's a penalty on the offense.
