I can walk 4 miles without a problem, but if I sit for a while they stiffen. Still they're way better than they were.

 

Thanks everybody. The BEST birthday gift I got was being able to sit on my deck, enjoy a gorgeous warm fall day, knock back a couple of La Chouffes and smoke a spliff while watching a statement Bills win.
