Even Iceland which has a moderate/right party in power still has Universal Healthcare and a tax rate in the 40-45% range.

 

But maybe Conservatives won't mind that stuff as much when they're in a country with very few black people?

Unless you're going to a 3rd world country it's pretty much impossible to avoid universal healthcare.

Do not be misled by people in power sucking up to Trump as Potus. Much of the rest of the world, especially ordinary people, view him with at least mild distain, and more often outright contempt.

 

As to finding somewhere other than the US to live, without having some sort of idea of what you want, it's nigh on impossible to give any sort of sensible reply. All that could be said is that you aren't going to find it easy to go anywhere else that actively espouses the type of attitudes that Trump has. Because there probably isn't a country anywhere else in the world that does, although you might find the odd area within one or two.

 

Truth be told, your best bet would be to move somewhere within the US, where the voters were vastly in favour of Trump, and make the most of it.

Man, if you think a conservative cop like Kamala Harris is too left to handle, you should blacken out Germany on the map. I'd recommend The Philippines, Indonesia, Brazil, Russia, India, Israel or Egypt.

On a serious note, my career involved foreign travel for twenty five years, evenly spent between Europe and South/Central America.

I've thought of this option often, and taken my wife along a few times for credibility.

I am quoting this post because I spent a lot of time in Paraguay, to include starting a business there, which exported to the US, but that's a different subject.

 

Knowing what I know, and knowing people that I know who have done this,  there are two places I would consider other than Europe, which is quite expensive.

 

Medellin Colombia would be tied with Uruguay, within striking distance of Montevideo, for the first choice.

You probably want to go somewhere that is advantageous to the dollar. So Asia or South America. Then you run to in the problem of not speaking another language (if you don't). 

 

This is where i'd say:

 

Philippines, especially if you're single 🤪. They speak English there and the dollar goes a long way. There's also a certain amount of status for being American. 

 

EDIT: 

To add to that there's no social net and it's a very religious/conservative country with regard to gender roles.  If you die you die and the state won't care. The president also has a penitent for being a loud mouth bully and the people love him. He's really tough on drug users too. I think you're gonna love it man; it fits with what it sounds like your viewpoints are socially/legally.
