Hapless Bills Fan Posted November 3, 2020 Posted November 3, 2020 Some good points but disappointingly focused on the Patriots and then at the end it's all Brady vs Belicheck. Don't listen if you're not strong of stomach. He doesn't give the Bills D any props for slowing the Patriots, and I must admit we didn't shut them down. Doesn't know Zimmer's name, though he does get it prompted to him and apologizes. He does give McDermott credit for getting the run game going so there's that. I was disappointed because he was so strong about "the Bills can't stop the run or run the ball, they're going to lose" and he didn't walk it back at all. He also didn't note that we overcame some stuff that I thought was remarkable, like losing our starting center on the 3rd play of the game and "next man up!" so flawlessly on OL. 2 2

I can't argue with that tbh... I can’t agree with that...the Patriots at no point in this game lead...we didn’t shut them down, that’s for sure, but it’s still Belichick, and he sold out to stop the pass, and we beat them with the run. Certainly not a resounding win, but a win. 5

JPP Posted November 3, 2020 Posted November 3, 2020 This is the bigger story and will be until the end of the season....Brady v Bilicheat....it always will be....im just so very happy to see the cheats at 2-5.....oh yeah and seeing Superman Cam crying on the bench.....
Ramza86 Posted November 3, 2020 Posted November 3, 2020 We played like dog ***** against a patchwork patriot team that has a qb that cant throw a football and we should have lost. Minus saying we won....there is nothing else positive about this win. 2 1

Mark Vader Posted November 3, 2020 Posted November 3, 2020 (edited) Was Bellichick outsmarting or outcoaching McDermott when he called for that onside kick? Which gave the Bills a short field, and lead to a Bills touchdown drive! Is the national media talking about that?! Edited November 3, 2020 by Mark Vader 3 2

I can't argue with that tbh... Yep and back in a recent Super Bowl Seattle lost a game to the Pats that the Pats didn't deserve to win yet we still count that as a NE Super Bowl win. And just this year Seattle didn't beat NE the Pats lost because they couldn't score at the end of the game from the Seahawk's 1 yard line. If the Bills win the next 2 games the national media will be singing an entirely different tune. That's why it's a waste of time to worry about what they say. 1

Good example of how you win matters for gaining national respect. Now, national respect doesn't matter in terms of making the playoff's, but fans sure seem to care about it... I could care less about national respect. McBeane needs to find a way to fix the weaknesses on this team in a hurry or we'll never compete with the upper echelon teams (Chiefs, Ravens, Steelers, Seahawks). We still haven't won a statement game since McDermott has gotten here. If we win one then the national respect will come. We have a chance next Sunday. Edited November 3, 2020 by Doc Brown 2

So the sports media can go screw themselves! Bellichick made a bone headed decision in the game and it cost his team points. That is the truth! 1

The Bills won a close division game. Period end of statement.

Look at Orlovsky and his early season Allen MVP talk, he's being made fun of that and looks foolish. Many people in the media don't want to risk their careers and credibility by looking foolish. But man some posters love to look foolish talking about being out coached, national credibility, and a bunch of other garbage with nothing to really back it up.
