PromoTheRobot Posted November 2, 2020 Posted November 2, 2020 Frankly I think the way they are handing rosters in 2020 is vastly better. Expanded practice squad, easier callups, no limit of playing years to sign PS players, more liberal IR rules. I'm sure it adds to owners salary costs somewhat but I like the flexibility it gives teams. What are the chances some or all of these "pandemic" rules stick around? 2
Ed_Formerly_of_Roch Posted November 2, 2020 Posted November 2, 2020 Agree I've been wondering about some of these things too. The one that I think may more stick is the 3 week IR return.
BigdaddyinOrlando Posted November 2, 2020 Posted November 2, 2020 I’d have to agree and think and hope the short term unlimited IR sticks
H2o Posted November 2, 2020 Posted November 2, 2020 I like all of the things implemented this season and hope they can all stick. The expanded PS is nice to have, as well as the eligibility even with more years in the league. The short term IR fits right in with that because you can bring one of your PS guys up who have an idea of what's going on versus going after street FA's also.
Captain Hindsight Posted November 2, 2020 Posted November 2, 2020 I love all the new rules. I hope they all stick. Short term IR is a great thing 1
Bleeding Bills Blue Posted November 2, 2020 Posted November 2, 2020 I like most of them. Vets on the PS gives you a chance for an extended tryout. Expanding the active and gameday rosters are a nice benefit for depth when having multiple injuries. The short term IR is nice as well. 1
