Games of interest

I’d like to see Bengals over Browns

SF over NE

Pitt at Tenny   I don’t know which team I want to see lose more.

Chargers and Jags. Lol 😂 what a crap show

there are some “revenge” games but some are not really IMO

Bridgewater v Saints.
Foles v Rams.

Regarding Pittsburgh and the titans, I think we’d rather have the Steelers lose.  I feel the titans have their division locked up already.  Steelers and Ravens look playoff bound while the browns could be real tough if they can figure out how to play defense.  The browns are the run game version of the Bills.

the Steelers have the division lead (at the moment) as does Tenny.

but due to the Bills loss I’d think we need them to drop a few games in the overall seeding.

Seems like Steelers is the one to root for as we can still get the head to head W.

It seems to me that it depends on what seed you think the Bills can still achieve.

I'm of the view that the Bills (if all goes as planned and win the East) will be seeded 3 or 4.

Losses for the AFCN teams seems like one of the way to get to seed #3.

Of course as the weeks pile up anything can happen especially with the Covid stuff.

Not sure what this means.

I’m strictly talking about the bills making the playoffs. Home field come playoffs would be nice, but I’m not really seeing that as a possibility at the moment. I see the Steelers as a MUCH better team

than we are atm.  Their defense is legit.  It matters.  Especially vs us.  Not looking forward to playing them this season.

Pretty much this.  Depends on what we can achieve.  The Pats looked terrible vs Denver.  I don’t expect them to look that bad again and the division is still up for grabs as far as I’m concerned.

the Bills need the division first and foremost

seeding matters and as they lost to Tenny getting a higher seed means the Titans need to lose a bunch of games.

Why not start this week?

Right, but when it comes to seeding, we want the team that beat us to have the worse record. We can still beat the Steelers head to head.

Like I said in my earlier post.  If you think the Bills can still be seeded #1 you want the Titans to lose.

If you think the Bills will be seeded later then you probably want the Steelers to lose.

There is too many scenarios that can happen for it to matter too much.

I never indicated #1 seed

I’d rather see a 3 seed than a 4 seed.

Of course.  If you believe the Bills can seed very high.  Their schedule compared to the others probably won't allow that.

But you never know so I pick one team in these type of games and go with it.

Doesn't matter much without a Bills win so.....................Go Bills!

Even if I don't think they can get the first seed, which Is too early to say, how does a Titans loss not help them with the second seed?

Titans lose today and two other times this year- they finish 13-3

Steelers lose 2 games, including one to the Bills - They finish 14-2

Bills win the rest of their games, including Pit - they finish 14-2

Bills are second seed behind Chiefs theoretically.

Obviously I'm not saying this will happen, but that's the math of a Titans loss to the Steelers.

I mean, I get that, but this is all hypothetical at this point. So hypothetically the very first issue is the Steelers winning helps the Bills by hanging an L on a team with an W against the Bills. We can make up the steelers getting the W by beating them in December.

If that happens you are correct!
