He sure is with his less TD passes, passing yards, QB rating and QBR....not to mention more INT's.  Other than that, he's better.

isn't QBR and QB Rating the same thing?

Isnt it time? Its the AFC championship game. Allen takes a hard hit and has to leave the game for concussion protocol... its 4th quarter do or die.... who do you want stepping in, Matt Barkley or the Amish Rifle?

Wow, a very un-Fitzy quote.  He's right, he's done nothing to justify the hook.  I had friends in IT who had to train their offshore replacements.  They felt a lot like Fitz.  Fitz coming back here would be a dream.  Except then Josh would get hurt.....

I agree that the dolphins will be putting Fitzy up for sale but they can afford to wait until a team is desperate. In other words, I doubt they trade him to a team looking for a backup. It will be a playoff bound team who just lost their starter.

There’s this pesky little thing called the trade deadline...

Would love to bring him back next year as a backup upgrade.  Doubt he's going anywhere this year.  Fins would be nuts to trade him now with Tua at the helm.  Fitzy might be right back as the starter if Tua gets blown up like I think he will.

If that quote was from any QB but Fitz, this board would be calling the guy a selfish player who’s not a good teammate. I’m not picking on Fitz, I just imagine if that were Mayfield or Newton’s quote. I’ve read about this, and it seems like Fitz is genuinely hurt, which is understandable. It’s just funny to see the media call honestly “refreshing” and things like that.

Yes, but Fitz does rock that beard.

This is a strange move because Fitz is playing well and the fish are still in the hunt. If Fitz was playing poorly I could see the move being made. I’m so happy the see the rest of the AFC East implode

I think so also.

But then, I had heard that if Tua were healthy he would have been the #1 overall pick. So, who knows. All I can say is hope he has a rough start learning the NFL ropes.

Fitz has such a quick release that the line didn't need to hold blocks for long...gonna be interesting.

If Allen doesn't start playing like the guy we saw the first four weeks of the season and continues to look like the last few weeks/2019 version than finding a new back up is going to be the least of this teams worries....

Yeah, 33 TD's and 7 INT's in the last 17 games is cause for concern.

Turn in you user name, now.

Was never on this train to begin with. He’s another garbage era player who was slightly above average at best that us desperate fans latched onto thinking he was “magic”. Nothing against him or anything. It’s great for him that he’s had such a “successful” career but he’s almost the same player as Kyle Orton. Minus the beard and the personality, they’re the same person

I’m sure Fitz is a great guy, hard worker, and great teammate, but I’ve never understood the near legend status among Bills fans either. I think it’s a case of fans seeing the closest they can find to a reflection of themselves with his demeanor and dad like sense of humor. He was cool enough for people to love the “swag”, but not the hip type of cool that rubs people the wrong way. He’s totally the cool suburban dad guy, football fans love that type of thing.
