Explain to me how a third-round pick is better than a higher second round pick plus a starting lineman?  I guess Shelton must really suck.

or else he is going to be released anyway and then Shelton will sign with the bills

I've heard them say that Shelton would be the 6th-best lineman, and at $3M a year, that's not worth it. And swapping 2nd's is worth a high 4th rounder. So if the Bills can get a 3rd, and then sign Shelton (cheaper than $3M a year) later if the Cards release him, it's a better deal all-around.

I dont know if he sucks Coach, but nobody seems to want a 3 million dollar LT. My guess is that something is seriously wrong.

If it is the #77 pick, I won't be disappointed, especially if there is a pick involved on the 2nd day.

55, 77, and 86 wouldn't be bad at all and would give TD flexibilty to move up if something becomes tempting.

It better be pick 77, the 13th pick of the 3rd round. I'd rather trade Henry & flip picks with Philly in the 3rd(86 for 94) &4th (122 for 132) and get Philly's 2nd at pick 63.

And you suggest that there is even the most remote possibility of this?

No, but without it we have absolutely no chance to get Nugent. With it, we've got a slim chance.
