He got screwed with the QB position. Beanes track record in FA is terrible and his draft picks look like question marks everywhere. Ed Oliver and Edmunds ...Front 7 signings... DasNootz Posted October 20, 2020 Posted October 20, 2020 I’ll say Whaley was a better pro personnel guy and Beane a better drafter. Beane’s misses in the draft haven’t been total busts/liabilities.

Diggs obviously is the type of steal that the Vikings give up every few years. The WR corps is stacked. The defense is awful in all areas. It looked like we had 4 DEs at the line today with how undersized they are. The depth is awful. It's really the same as before, but this time the offense has all the good players.

Prime Dareus and Gilmore were better players than literally anyone Whaley ever drafted. DOUG WHALEY NEVER DRAFTED A SINGLE PRO BOWLER IN 4 YEARS AS A GM. 2
