Scott7975 Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 Rank 4 1 Josh Allen Buffalo Bills · Year 3 2020 stats: 5 games | 69.3 pct | 1,589 pass yds | 8.4 ypa | 14 pass TD | 3 INT | 101 rush yds | 3 rush TD | 3 fumbles lost GF: With Halloween on the horizon, did Allen just turn into a pumpkin? No. Regardless of what you're hearing from a reinvigorated peanut gallery, it was one bad game against an undefeated team. After floating into the MVP-talk stratosphere of bona fide superstars Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson, Allen fell back to Earth with a two-pick clunker in the 42-16 loss in Nashville. And yet, the guy still made a series of eye-popping plays that make you marvel at his unique skill set, including a shifty third-down scramble to extend a scoring drive, a cross-field fadeaway flick to convert another third down, and a slow-cooked laser strike to the back of the end zone. Anyone still questioning this draft pick is appallingly unfun at parties. 1
gaskill15 Posted October 17, 2020 Posted October 17, 2020 Titans fan here. I thought Josh played very well outside of that 2nd interception. The Titans were clearly conceding the short throws so as not to give up the big plays. John Brown being inactive made that 50x easier to execute. He was very efficient on 3rd downs (giving up multiple 3rd and longs per game is a disturbing trend for the Titans). He showed a lot of grit on a couple of those 3rd down runs. He was getting no help from his receivers and o-line with the drops and false starts. Not to mention there was zero threat of a run game. Seriously what was up with that? We have been awful against the run and we were without easily our best run stuffer in Simmons. The NFL’s the type of game where a couple plays can completely turn a game on its head. That seemed to be the case last night. White being out was obviously massive considering Tannehill would’ve been throwing to the sisters of the poor if AJ had been limited by Tre. With that being said, hoping to see you boys again in the playoffs where we’re both at full strength. 2 1 1
