Warcodered Posted October 12, 2020 Posted October 12, 2020 Well I guess the Vikings' defense figured out how to play.
Beast Posted October 12, 2020 Posted October 12, 2020 Not to jinx us but our NFC West schedule doesn’t look nearly as daunting as it did at the beginning of the season. 4
Scott7975 Posted October 12, 2020 Posted October 12, 2020 Wilson is playing pretty bad so far. 2 minutes ago, Beast said: Not to jinx us but our NFC West schedule doesn’t look nearly as daunting as it did at the beginning of the season. They usually aren't. Every year we hear about how hard our schedule is going to be. Then the games are played and all we did was "beat weak teams"
Chandemonium Posted October 12, 2020 Posted October 12, 2020 What’s the story on the vikes being 1-3? This is the first I’ve seen them this season and they look pretty good against the Seahawks.
wjag Posted October 12, 2020 Posted October 12, 2020 Either the Seattle Oline is bad or the Vikings DBs are good because the Viking’s dline is killing the hawks.

Yes in fact they were the first team since at least 1994 to punt twice on 4th and 1 in the first 5 minutes of the game. Adam Gase is a trend setter. 1

Didn't one of our coaches used to say that after a dismal outing - that the players and game plan looked good in practice? We had so many though I can't remember who. Jauron maybe? Gailey?
Scott7975 Posted October 12, 2020 Posted October 12, 2020 Honestly that was pretty crappy management by Cousins. One time out left. Doesn't spike the ball. Then he throws short to the middle of the field forcing the use of the timeout. 1

PetermansRedemption Posted October 12, 2020 Posted October 12, 2020 Wilson MVP campaign taking a big hit so far tonight. 30 yards. Yikes.

Might have to run the ball more. I used to like Tony, until that bull####. Dungy is a moron who couldn't win in Tampa and almost blew it in Indianapolis as well. That team won a SB despite him not because of him.

Rolling my eyes at the announcers attributing Vikes shut down of Sea to "2 safeties deep". Damned straight the Vikes d-line is rolling the Hawk OL like hoops down the sidewalk

I remember watching that game live and eating a bowl of cereal when it happened. I remember the broadcast kep showing the reaction of the Louisville bench. Man that was somethin The bench was horrified. They also showed the Louisville players on the court covering their faces. I also remember they showed one of the Duke players reactions live and he was upset too.
