Keuka Posted April 22, 2005 Posted April 22, 2005 I see some folks are suggesting we draft Terry Adams OT. What about Walter Reyes (sp?) RB or Dimond Ferrier (sp again?). Ferrier was awesome in that BC game. Comments from the experts.
Golden Wheels Posted April 22, 2005 Posted April 22, 2005 I'm not an expert, but Buffalo is one of the teams looking at Terry Adams, 6'8" 309 lb OL, according to the Syracuse Post Standard. He is projected by most to be a second round pick. Terry has all the Tools Diamond Ferri has off-field issues, namely getting drunk and getting into bar fights to name one. I think it's going to make teams leery of drafting him. Bet he gets signed as a free agent.
Gavin in Va Beach Posted April 22, 2005 Posted April 22, 2005 Reyes could be a great value in the 5th Rd, providing he is fully recovered from injury. He was a stud for SU before the injury bug got him.
RJsackedagain Posted April 22, 2005 Posted April 22, 2005 OT Adam Terry, not Terry Adams. 312976[/snapback] Terry Adams used to be a really bad pitcher in the major leagues, I think Toronto was one of his many stops.
VABills Posted April 22, 2005 Posted April 22, 2005 I think Reyes is expected to go in the 3rd or 4th. 3rd down back and return specialist primarily. Yeah Terry is a mid 2nd rounder. He is too weak and will not be a 1st rounder for this reason only. With proper weight training, he could wind up being a very solid tackle quickly. Ferri isn't very good, and may not even be a UDFA pickup.
Smoker2Buffalo Posted April 23, 2005 Posted April 23, 2005 I'd be happy with any of these guys in the second round: David Baas, Adam Terry, Chris Spencer, or Mike Nugent.
