Brianmoorman4jesus Posted October 8, 2020 Posted October 8, 2020 Why would the nfl not be allowed to move the bills chiefs game back to Saturday? This season is obviously an outlier and will have to make adjustments on the fly. The media was floating the idea of it being a possibility. I’m sure it’s not just baseless. Broadcasting rules aren’t going to effect the game if it’s on nfl network IMO.

From what the memo said it appeared the team did not have to pay the players it did not say they couldn't if they chose to anyway. Titan players shouldn't be paid. They caused their own problems deal with it. Edited October 8, 2020 by matter2003

Game will be Mon/Tues. Saturday is a possibility for Chiefs although Sunday is more likely. Nothing earth shattering or new mind you, but forfeit isn't seeming likely. This would be preferred imo. 1 or 2 extra days to get guys Healthy plus no super short week. Thank you. Edited October 8, 2020 by YoloinOhio 1

Process Posted October 8, 2020 Posted October 8, 2020 I don't see how Monday/Tuesday would work. The titans would need no positives tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday to open up on Sunday. So after being off for two weeks they are going to have one day of practice and then play Monday?

Wow, just wow. Count me in the minority, but I don't want the Bills playing the Titans for AT LEAST a month, if at all. Talk about a frickin hornets nest of infection.... Never mind, just saw it wasnt 22 players.. But still. I don't want the Bills going anywhere near the Titans anytime soon... I agree with this. If I were a player, I wouldn't want to get near that infestation for a long period of time. A couple extra days (even if they manage to have no more cases) would not put me at ease. Reschedule for a later date, or just move on. 1

I think the idea is they have no positives in today's tests (reported Fri am), no positives in Fri's tests (reported Sat am), they open up Sat. pm and practice Sat and Sun for game Mon. The point to remember is the tests are reported the day after they're collected. Tuesday seems more do-able for them but Monday better for us.

Much different story than say, a 6th round pick on the Jags who doesn't have a committed relationship and maybe has a couple kids with different women, and is playing only for a paycheck. Just harder to do once you look at the people side of things. Edited October 8, 2020 by whatdrought
