sherpa Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 Has anyone else seen enough of this punk? Last night was typical for his "coached" teams. The NFLPA ought to send owners a statement that nobody will play for him. He is a threat to the career of anyone on the opposing team. At a minimum, with the game out of hand, which his often are, some offense should run a play that ends up with a full speed tight end running over him on the sideline. The man is disgusting, and its been going on for a long time. 5
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 He’s a punk. the players are part of it too. If the NFL gets valid complaints he career is over 1
wjag Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 His team played like thugs last night. I haven't seen a more undisciplined defense in a long time. 1
Michael1962 Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 There was an article on NFL.com that mentioned that his antics were getting old, or something like that.

4_kidd_4 Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 (edited) Summary or link to said shenanigans? He’s a turd that needs to be flushed from the league for ggggood. edit; this explains most of it, I suppose... https://www.nfl.com/news/vic-fangio-broncos-handshake-avoid-postgame-fracas-prudent-move Edited October 2, 2020 by 4_kidd_4 1
sherpa Posted October 2, 2020 Author Posted October 2, 2020 Agree or not, MLB would take care of this.
Cruiserplayer Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 Williams should have to pay the salary of the next player that gets hurt because of his shenanigans. I can’t believe he is still in the league. 1
ndirish1978 Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 I think the consistent dirtiness of his teams warrants a suspension. Some of the hits yesterday were so flagrantly dirty. 2

And Gase should pay the salary of injured players he puts back in games, first it was Leveon Bell and last night it was their LT Becton and QB Darnold both of whom might miss more time for reinjuring themselves. 3

It seems to be common knowledge that he coaches dirty. To hear Steve Smith shred him the way he did on national TV was a "wow" moment for me, only in the sense that to me Steve Smith comes across as a "players player", someone who doesn't run his mouth, or put anyone, be it a player or a coach, out there, for any reason. Greggo must be really loathed, IMO. Wondering if there might be any forthcoming fines/suspensions for coach Williams? 2

The question is what will they do about it.
Don Otreply Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 A leopard does not change its spots, as it were. He is a potential law suit waiting to happen, and it will involve the league office/owners, being the owners are the league office... a quality law firm would have a field day tracing his activities, and a suddenly unemployable former player due to wrongful injury may make a call to such a firm. Even a letter from a law firm on behalf of one or more players to the commissioner might prompt his exit from the league. One can only hope such a Letter is sent. 2

Yeah... I’m no doctor but throwing with a sprained shoulder could probably lead to a torn rotator cuff or blowing out your arm.. Boy, the Jets could have really ruined Darnold’s career there..
Maybe Someday Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 There's a reason he only coaches bottom feeder teams these days. 1
Saxum Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 Where is a the tell-all book from an ex-player of his? If he is instructing players to play like this, and I cannot see a coach doing it when game is out of reach except for division rival, one of the cut/traded/retired players would be having someone ghost write a book for him and he would be selling it. I think is more what he does not say.
IDBillzFan Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 Steven Smith chewed him a new bunghole last night post-game on the NFL Channel. He was red hot with some of those late hits. You'd think for all the hard hits they make, someone would have been able to beat a team that gave up three picks.
