Kingston Bills Fan Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 (edited) Once we start getting the high winds and snow he won’t be able to keep up these numbers, or keep up with QB’s that play in domes or in warmer weather. Like most years the weather in Buffalo will most likely be so bad that 200 yards passing will be a feat. I’m not saying he won’t be the best QB in those games but overall numbers will be what matters. And believe me I’m a huge Josh Allen fan. Just saying until we get a new stadium the second half of the seasons will be low pass yard games. Not that the MVP is what matters a Super Bowl is what we want. But there so much argument in the media about MVP and I just think it’s unattainable for Josh in our facilities. Edited September 29, 2020 by Kingston Bills Fan 9
The Red King Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 I thought we drafted Allen because his bazooka arm could throw the ball normally even in armageddon conditions. 🤔 4 6 1 6

There is legitimately around 2, sometimes only 1, awful weather games in OC each year. Why do people keep on about this crap? As a general rule, even in the winter, the weather is manageable most of the time. 12 3 1
Franco_92 Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 I wasn't alive to watch the SB teams, but I've seen plenty of highlights of Kelly dropping dimes left and right on teams in all kinds of Buffalo weather. 6 1 1
Kingston Bills Fan Posted September 29, 2020 Author Posted September 29, 2020 It is well known that even if it’s not snowing or terrible weather the wind plays a huge factor in Buffalo home games making it much harder to be accurate. Which is why they wanted Allen in the first place.
ALLEN1QB Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 STOP!!! Who freaking cares about MVP!!! We are in it for the Lombardi trophy man not a stupid MVP Geeeeezzzzz 2 1

Richard Noggin Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 A stat nerd or someone even minimally motivated, possessing only a perfunctory fluency in Google, could quickly settle this old myth. What say you, oh motivated ones? Does the weather in Orchard Park REALLY limit passing stats for Buffalo QBs in the second half of seasons?
TheBrownBear Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 What about Mahomes and Aaron Rodgers? Is our weather that much worse? 1 1

1ManRaid Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 All we have to do is have the best regular season record, and they will hand the MVP to Josh. That's how it works. 2

This is true and Josh has a stronger arm than Jim. We're in for a special run. 1
Freddie's Dead Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Dude, Josh Allen gonna light it up. The only thing stopping Josh Allen right now is Josh Allen. 1

Wasn't it GB who put up something like 500 yards, mostly through the air, in the infamous whiteout game?
Andy1 Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Green Bay weather is just as bad or worse. Doesn’t bother Rogers. 2

Augie Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 I am 100% in for Josh as MVP..............................of the Super Bowl!!! That’s all I care about. 2 4 1
Johnny Hammersticks Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 When the Bills beat the Raiders 51-3 in the ‘91 AFC championship...the final score was misleading. Save for a few FB screens, it was 99% Thurman up the gut. 1 3
Ethan in Cleveland Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Let's hope we get to find out how he handles the weather in mid-January 2
