Up here you have to pick a team to win by at least 4 or 8, or a "tie" which is a game decided by 3 or less. Chargers tie Buccs Browns tie Cowboys Bills beat Raiders by 8 Eagles tie 49ers Packers beat Falcons by 8 $5 bet pays $950. Chargers were in a position to tie it up at the end of the game then rookie QB threw a rookie INT. Cowboys had first and goal to get back within 3 points when an INT ended that for me too. Bass missing the extra point cost me winning by 8. Shows my picks were good, but just wasn't meant to be. 1

SACTOBILLSFAN Posted October 6, 2020 Posted October 6, 2020 (edited) This week was another good one, so I'm just waiting for that hammer to come down. JAX +3 Loss BUF LV o53 - Push, thanks a pant load Bass CAR +3.5 win MIN +4 win NO -151 win CHI +3.5 Big ole Loss and I bought the hook. NO DET o51.5 Win ARI CAR u52.5 NEVER A DOUBT GB -5 I was ready to punch Mason Crosby As far as this week goes, a couple of my buddies that live in desert said they've been hearing Bills -8.5 if the Titans test negative tomorrow and can re-open. Do we know who tested positive for Tennessee because I make that line somewhere in the Bills +1 territory unless Tannehill is one of the positives. Edited October 6, 2020 by SACTOBILLSFAN
GottaRun Posted October 6, 2020 Posted October 6, 2020 My gambling account was $0 on Jan 1st. Played poker free rolls for 6 weeks and managed to win $24 in a free roll where I ran hot. Ran that up to $150 before football season started all playing cheap poker Ran that up to $320 after the Bills win Sunday then .... Placed a live bet on the Chiefs when they were up 6-0 and had the ball around the pats 23. All $320 to win $23. No worries it was about to be 13-0 Chiefs.... then they lost the ball and the game was a cliffhanger for too long. Won the bet... I'm never doing that again!
PromoTheRobot Posted October 6, 2020 Posted October 6, 2020 (edited) I've been treading water. I go 2-for-3 most times but the two are low payout bets. So two wins wind up equaling my initial bets. Oddly my best success is bets on the Bills. Points by halftime, individual player props, head-to-head matchups. Those have been working well for me. #DraftKings Last night: Total TD's by both teams by halftime - over 2.5: loss Head-to-head, more passing yards - Mahomes: win TD passes for game - Mahomes over 1.5: win Edited October 6, 2020 by PromoTheRobot 1
NewEra Posted October 6, 2020 Posted October 6, 2020 The lions got me this week. I thought they’d cover +4 with the Saints missing both starting corners, Thomas, Davenport, Peat and Cook. They had a 14-0 lead in the first 5 minutes. Then I got sad

Turf Toejam 34 Posted October 11, 2020 Posted October 11, 2020 Took Carolina and the 2.5 pts over Atlanta then parlayed it with the Rams giving 7.5 to WFC. Feel that Carolina is putting the pieces together, even on the road, and the Rams haven't beat up on someone in a while.

Captain Caveman Posted October 13, 2020 Posted October 13, 2020 I ran up 50$ into about 800 so far this week, and my original goal was to let it ride on the Bills tonight, but I'm starting to feel a little uneasy. Where is everyone else at today?

Where is everyone else at today? If I was still a gambler, I'd jump on the Bills to cover tonight, in large part because the Titans haven't really had the opportunity to practice together in any real capacity. But I'm not a gambler anymore because I sucked at it, and the former gambler says to stay away from a game that has a couple of relatively unprecedented variables which few could even hope to understand. Keep your winngs for a more reliable bet.

QB has to throw to someone and we can’t cover a a lot guy or at least haven’t all season.

PromoTheRobot Posted October 13, 2020 Posted October 13, 2020 I've had a bad run the last few days. I need to adopt the Costanza Method.

StHustle Posted October 13, 2020 Posted October 13, 2020 Welp I guess the powers to be deleted my $15k bet thread but I just decided I'm going to donate $1k of my winnings to the foundation of today's best Bill. If they don't have one it'll go to Josh's (who will likely be player of the game anyhow) 2
