Cson76 Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 (edited) I thought this was interesting tidbit from the ESPN power rankings. I would think one of the AFC North teams would be one. Obviously only two weeks into the season, we don't know a lot of these teams yet. https://tv5.espn.com/nfl/fpi Second Hardest per Tankathon http://www.tankathon.com/nfl/remaining_schedule_strength Edited September 25, 2020 by Cson76
Seasons1992 Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 I'm dumb and don't understand charts........can you explain? 2 1
IgotBILLStopay Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 some truth since we are in the AFC East (with Pats twice) and face the AFC West and NFC west. But I think SOS based on last season's rankings is a little misleading. SFO, Jets, Pats, even Broncos and Chargers may not be as strong as last season. 1 3

The schedule was way harder at the beginning of the year. I hate injuries but it looks like we caught some major breaks. Hopefully we stay healthy. 4

I think the Bills will be favored in 4 games the rest of the season. Miami, Jets, Chargers, and Broncos. Possibly home to NE. 2

We beat them and we'll be favored against the Titans. But if we lose to the Rams, I think you'll end up being correct. 3

You see when a mommy and daddy love each other very much.... Oh, different topic. Second to last column. REM SOS (remaining strength of schedule) is 1, being the hardest (as of right now). Warcodered Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 (edited) Translation: The Pats already lost to the Seahawks and we only play the Jets and Dolphins each 1 more time. Edited September 25, 2020 by Warcodered

The bills as of today 100% are favorites against the raiders steelers and home vs ne The early lines for week 4 are out and bills are -2.5. Lmao
Doc Brown Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 Off the top of my head these are the guys that will be sure to miss our games. Hopefully there's more to come. 49ers - Bosa, Thomas Broncos - Miller, Sutton Raiders - Incognito, Mariota (if Carr goes down), Chargers - James, Pouncey I know the Seahawks lost Irvin but no other major injuries come to mind. Same with the Cardinals. Hopefully Adoree Jackson won't be back for the Titans in three weeks. 1 1

This 100%, strength of schedule is a week to week thing. 49ers looked Super Bowl ready two weeks ago, now they have a practice squad offense. It only takes 1-2 key injuries to make some of these teams pretty weak. Same goes for us but everyone outside of bills fans mostly counts their buffalo game as a win anyways. 1
TFBillsfan Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 For all the chatter last year about the Bills feasting on weaker teams, that narrative significantly changes this year if they win the division as they will have beaten a number of playoff contenders. Taking down the Rams is a step in the right direction! 1
stevewin Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 When it's too tough for us, it's just right for us 4
GunnerBill Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 The schedule is tough but two games that look to have got decidedly easier based on injuries are Denver and San Fran. I think the Bills will beat the Raiders so if they can win this week, get three out of 4 the rest of the way in the division and beat the beaten up Broncos and 9ers that is 9 wins. They would need 1 more to be guaranteed a playoff spot and that might well also be enough for a home game. So while it is tough there are multiple routes to 10+ wins.

billieve420 Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 Tougher the better want to see how this team measures up against the top teams. It is valuable to Allen and his development. 2
bigK14094 Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 Only one opponent shows up at a time, Bills will be in every game with a good chance to win. Why worry about aggerate schedule.......just win every week. I guarantee that is the approach the team is taking. Once game at a time.... 1 1
