If they challenge just the spot of the ball, no they shouldn't. 

If your challenging that they should get the first down, then yes they should lose it.

That’s a good question. If they changed the spot after the review, then the challenge was technically correct, imo.

That's what I was thinking. Either way you are challenging the spot though, and it was wrong.

Since it was fourth down, why challenge anything but that runner made the line of gain?
