The new rules defining a catch include:

  1. Control of the ball.
    1. Two feet down or another body part.
    2. A football move such as:
      » A third step;
      » Reaching/extending for the line-to-gain;
      » Or the ability to perform such an act.

The key change to the rule eliminated the "going-to-the-ground" element of the previous rule.

It doesn't matter how many feet you get down if you don't control the ball through the ground. At least that's what they've been telling us for the last five years and that's the way they've called it until now.

See it how you want. Others including myself know what we saw. In the past now, just go Bills!

Is there anywhere online to watch the game?

Likely not. those feeds all rely on the original feed, which is the one having difficulties. Only 13,000 people can see this game right now.
