Why do Dolphins have 5 inactives and we have 7? Is Miami not taking advantage of rule of bringing up 2 PS players to make a 55 man roster?

They may not have needed the 2 PS players I guess

Dude, there are countless players who have had amazing careers who weren't drafted in the first round. You realize that, right? Teams pass on guys for lots of reasons, including idiocy.

Admittedly my post wasn't very clear, I wasn't trying to imply he may not become a great player.  I was more addressing  a number of posts that have implied the fact that he wasn't active last week were questioning, does that mean he's a bust.

My point was with as deep of a line they have, they don't need him this year. Most players drafted in the 1st round are expected to start or at least play a major role as a rookie.  EJ may need some development time, so he dropped, but the bills being as deep as they are on the D line are likely one of the few teams who can wait for him to development and not be losing much.

I think you can only bring people up so many times so it might make sense to only do it when you need them to cover for an injury.

So I watched the pregame stretch and most guys don’t actually stretch. I know they’re professionals but with all of the soft tissue injuries, why not do it properly?

I think it's more about warming up the muscles you're going to be using than stretching them out.
