dollars 2 donuts Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 (edited) Our defense is still good. BUT...ok, Offense, for the first time in a long time it is on you to do some heavy lifting. Drop 30+ and help out your D, OK? Edited September 18, 2020 by dollars 2 donuts
Big Blitz Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 I love the guy, but there is zero chance Milano's getting a contract from this regime. Too many injuries and we want guys that can stay on the field. And I don't disagree with that at all. 3
ChevyVanMiller Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 Fortunately the Dolphins aren't know for scoring, so we should be okay with the B team in at linebacker. 4

Lurker Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 Well, the offense will have to step up and either (1) play ball control (tough in the Miami heat) or (2) go aggressive and score a lot of points. Hope it's the second option, which would also force Fitz into making mistakes as well... 1
billieve420 Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 (edited) Injury news is definitely a concern we didn't look that great on defense once both had left game. Offense needs to carry the team and avoid putting defense in bad situations. Edited September 18, 2020 by billieve420 1
Bangarang Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 Fitz can still sling the rock and not having the athleticism of Edmunds and Milano could mean issues 1
Cheektowaga Chad Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 I think the bills should still beat the dolphins this week without them, plus we will need them healthy next week more against the Rams 1

The question is will he give them the discount. He isnt (and Shouldnt) gt 10M a year from the Bills.

His most major injury was a broken bone and that's not a predictable sort of injury. I could be wrong but his injury history doesn't really seem to be problematic but this is definitely a poorly timed injury.
bills8323 Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 Let them rest. If this team is FOR REAL as we believe they are we take care of business on Sunday against a less talented Miami team. No sense in forcing them back this early only to get hurt for an extended period of time. Go bills baby

If a team is willing to give Blake Martinez over 10 million then there is definitely a team that would give that to Milano.

frostbitmic Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 Should be close for 3/4 of the game, then come the 4th Q, Fitz will be Fitz and throw a couple of INT's. McD will use his best defenders to come up a plan to slow the water mammals down. We're generally a 4-2-5 defense, maybe play a 5-1-5 at times vs the Mahi Mahi, especially if they try and beat us on the ground. Our offense will put up 30+ this week in front of a Bills heavy crowd in South Buffalo, Florida. 1
BeastMaster Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 Fitz's strength is those shorter to mid range passes in the middle of the field, so this should open things up for him to potentially do some real damage there. I would bring a safety down on passing downs to help defend this area of the field
Buffalo_Stampede Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 Well now Josh Allen has to carry the team. These are going to be multiple week injuries.
Logic Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 Myles Gaskin about to have a great week for fantasy owners.

When that short medium passing game is on like the first time we played them last year, yup not good. Hopefully we get that other Fitz though. 1
