Malazan Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 I'd have another kicker on speed dial, but I'll give him more than one game.

SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 He’s a rookie the first one looked good but high and the ref needs glasses 🤓 1
BullBuchanan Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 Bass has plenty of excuses. Rookie kicker in his first game coming off a competition in a tough stadium to kick in. That said, I'd rather have a veteran. 1
Kmart128 Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 Well he was 3 for 4 if game was called correctly. He struggled but kicking is all about nerves and as a rookie im sure her was very nervous. Give hkm 1 to 2 more games and if he still stuggles its time to bring Hauschska back. 1

Something Anderson was his name...pretty sure he ended up with a decent career. 😃 True, but he was 'sandbagging' bad, in order to get out of Dodge. 🤨
Go-Bills Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 did anyone really think there would not be growing pains with this kid? 1 1
Rc2catch Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 I would be interested in what direction the wind was blowing I didn’t hear, is that why he kept pushing it that way hoping maybe the wind was gonna steer it back? Either way it’s really kinda pathetic how many “fans” want to give up on him during one game. I might even be able to semi understand the hate if he missed a game winner or tying kick or something. There’s plenty of kickers sitting at home needing a job I see no reason to jump the gun on him this fast.
John from Riverside Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 He was 3 for 4 Loved House money but nobody would be talking ***** about him if he had that stat line 1

Not a good day and rookie kickers are a roll of the dice. Let him work it out often they start shaky and play great for a second team. If you are going to take the learning curve you should wait to get the reward that goes with it.
Freddie's Dead Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 I did a lot of research on Dan Ackroyd and Laraine Newman GIFs. All that down the drain... 1
Nuncha Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 (edited) Bills shouldn't have kicker who's name rhymes with ass. One game...rookie, one kick was maybe good. Hopefully first game jitters.... Edited September 13, 2020 by Azucho98

Most of his KOs were touchbacks and the other 2 led to drive starts inside the 15 yard line for the Jets. Does he have to clean up his kicks? Sure. But I'll give him time. Sure, but you are using logic. Whats that all about? 1
MikeSpeed Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 Like others have said. He just needs a tweak. It's not like he was all over the place. Each kick was to the right. Tweak his mechanics this week and he'll be fine.

In a game against an actual NFL team, two missed FGs costs us a game. I’m glad you’re happy with his performance. 17 minutes ago, Kmart128 said: Well he was 3 for 4 if game was called correctly. billsbackto81 Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 (edited) Must've been the crowd noise. 😆 C'mon man. First FG was good, he got shafted on the call. Sure he missed the second, hey! feces happens. Edited September 14, 2020 by billsbackto81 1
