Yeah. And the practice squad player replacing him doesn't count as a roster spot I don't believe.

I'm guessing they promoted Cam Lewis like normal no point in him going back to the PS while Norman is still out.

I read somewhere he goes back down monday.

I mean that's how the ability to promote two PS players works but I don't know why they'd do that when they have an empty spot to fill anyway.

Of course, Josh Norman will be on IR for a minimum of 3 weeks.  Buffalo will need to have Cam Lewis, or somebody new active for the next two games after the Jets.  So . . .Can the Bills keep Cam on the roster for the next three games,, if need be, and then send him back down?  If not, they would have a bit of a conundrum.

Is the IR and return after 3 weeks only for players on the roster as of last Saturday?  Meaning if you were IR'd before then, like DiMarco was, you have to sit out the whole season?

So was this an IR-return or has all IR been changed to allow for the player to return after 3 weeks?

All players on IR are eligible to return nowadays.
