Well, as we all know, this season is going to be an experiment. All I've seen so far is who the Head ref will be, others will be assigned based on where they live. So we will end up seeing some of the same officials multiple weeks. Previously they could only work at most two games with the same team. With that said....

Week 1 - Jets at Bills

  Yrs 2019 crew College               Occupation
R 14 Shawn Smith 6   Ferris State finance

If I find the rest of the crew, I'll update the post. And yes, there is a list out there from June showing a full crew, but it's already been said that it will change.

"Expirement" is an interesting Freudian slip. Do you (subconsciously) believe that the season will end ("expire") prematurely?

Oh that should go well

Just when you thought the officiating couldn't get any worse, they bring in replacements.

I wonder if they'll have to wear masks.

Watching Red Sox vs. Rays right now.

All umpires on field are wearing masks.

Let’s just have a weekly thread keeping track of where Jerome Boger and Walt Coleman are.

Buccaneers at Saints  —  Jerome Boger

Walt Coleman IV was listed to be on Scott Novack's crew, but that may change...

Titans at Broncos (10:10 p.m. ET) MNF ESPN  —  Scott Novak

This^^^^^^.  We must always be on guard against the illegitimate issuance of Walt Coleman's loins.

As long as Brady is in Tampa, the only teams that should worry now are the Saints, Falcons and Panthers.

Game was called fair. No real complaints besides the first FG miss that was iffy as it went directly over the upright... but *shrug*.

Josh got two roughing the passer calls, one a shot near the head, and another on a hit at the ankles / knee a couple seconds after the ball was out that had the potential for soft tissue injury 😠
