Nester Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 Lions and Jets Coaches are on Thin Ice imo. 1
Doc Brown Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 Dan Quinn. Week 13. Good luck in the NFC South.
TFBillsfan Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 Marrone is dead man walking this season. He’s solely there to keep the bench warm for the next head coach. I’ll go with week 12. 2

Ride it out with Dimitroff, Quinn, and Ryan for another 2 years, then flush the whole thing and start over. No use bringing in another GM and HC when your franchise QB only has a couple years left. I dunno, just guessing. They might need to make the decision to move on from Ryan soon. A decade ago I would have agreed to ride out the next few years, but QB’s who can find employment seem to be playing to 40 and beyond. Ryan might think he has five or more years left in him.
Big Turk Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 (edited) Marrone or Patricia sometime before week 10 Edited September 10, 2020 by matter2003

We know he’s more of a work to live than Iive to work guy... wk 8 if Brady gets salty? I seriously doubt it. Arians was a winner in Indy, Pittsburgh, Indy again, Arizona, and now Tampa. I know some was as a Coordinator, but he has been a winner all the way back to his Alabama days. How many guys can say they coached under the great Bear Bryant? They have a great team, and he is a solid coach. Even if they don’t kill it, he’ll still get another year.

What if they Start Losing and Brady objects to his wrk ethic? He’s been openly quoted as not buying into the hard work round the clock norms. besides all the obvious ones were already called out
Call_Of_Ktulu Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 Gase or Lynn, both teams will be starting 1-4. Both are more cut out to be OC’s over being a HC.
Bubba Gump Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 Not fired, but Belichick will be first coach to go after the Pats** start 1-7 and Subway offers him a deal he can't refuse.
ganesh Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 O'Brien if his offseason moves explode on him. 2 1
co_springs_billsfan Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 Fangio might not survive this season, but I wouldn't expect a mid season firing. Elway is on thin ice and if he gets canned after this season the new GM might want to handpick his own coach
BobbyC81 Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 Gase after a 1-4 start. He’ll help himself out the door with a blowup to the NY media.

But Gase and Marrone are great choices. Interesting point. I think the average is 6 HCs fired per season. Will be interesting to see if it's lower this year. And I have Gase once they're realistically (not necessarily mathematically) out of it. I'll go with week 10.

mykidsdad Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 (edited) Hasnt Gase been fired slready? They named a tv show after him The Walking Dead Edited September 10, 2020 by mykidsdad
Big Blitz Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 Gase by week 8 or 9. Fangio if Denver starts 1-5 going into the bye.
BruceVilanch Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 Matt P in Detroit. probably after an embarrassing home loss to Trubisky!
1ManRaid Posted September 10, 2020 Posted September 10, 2020 Gase on Monday after a 47-0 drubbing where half the team quits at halftime. A guy can dream. 1
