So, let's say they believe his injury would take 6 weeks to heal and that was the injruy settlement, in theory the Bills could bring him back Week 12.

Expand I would think the Bills can't bring him back this year but maybe some other teams could which I would think would be the main reason to do this. Unless we somehow save cap through this.
