Brianmoorman4jesus Posted September 5, 2020 Posted September 5, 2020 McKenzie is a good little player. He could play almost anywhere WR wise, return kicks/punts and (in an emergency) probably even play RB. The more playmakers the better. Good for him. 3

One article I read stated Brian Boehm is a likely candidate for this too. Now there's a waaay-back slip 😛 2
Worstcaseontario Posted September 5, 2020 Posted September 5, 2020 Glad Dane Jackson made it, really humble dude. Could be a future leader on the team if hes good. 1

TheyCallMeAndy Posted September 5, 2020 Posted September 5, 2020 I just want to see AJ Espenesa change his number into the 90’s, 50s don’t look right on a guy who’s 6’6’’ 280 6 1

Smith looks like the guy would just prefer someone other than Smith. I am hoping Sweeney would develop into that role— plus he is more of a threat as a receiver. 2

Last year's example was cutting safety Kurt Coleman, putting Croom on IR after he made the 53 and then resigning Coleman. I should edit this. During the years before they made the rule where you could bring guys back from IR if they made the 53 it didn't happen because there was no reason for it to. But before the salary cap, when that rule saying every IR player was gone for the whole season, it happened a lot. As in, every team would do it with 3-4 players every year. I guess I'm showing my age. 1 1
