The rest of the world, mostly allies now give that score to the US. However, China has become more stable. Now before you all jump, yes they are commies. But last I noticed they honour trade deals. What trump needs to address are patents and patent laws in China. But remember, it was America that went to China and gave them business. It is America who has enjoyed cheap prices on many goods from clothes to electronics to steel, to rubber gloves, condoms, packaging, glass, dishes , etc etc. 1
