The embarrassment of being caught and potentially the video tape leaking were the worst of it for Bobby.  AFAIK, there was no evidence of human trafficking found, which is good.

And prostitution should be legal.

I am not that familiar with the details of the case--is that true, is there evidence of that?  That these woman were sex slaves forced to work there?  If so, please provide a link with these details.  If that is the case, then that does definitely change my position on this.

If only there was an entity that was responsible for investigating crimes...

They're trying to stop human trafficking/sexual abuse.

He is not big on  the common good, fellow country men and women, rule of law thing, thoughts as deep as a mirror...

II. THE SEX RING

On February 19, after staging dramatic raids on nearly a dozen massage parlors in South Florida, Sheriff William Snyder held a press conference. Local officers, he announced, working alongside Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security, had busted a $20 million sex trafficking ring with tentacular reach to New York and China. Many of the women, he said, had been tricked into coming to the United States and had been working to pay off debts to traffickers before being rescued. “I don’t believe they were told they were going to work in massage parlors seven days a week, having unprotected sex with up to 1,000 men a year,” Snyder said.

I guess you don't have a clue about human trafficking and how girls and women end up in the sex trade business, huh?

by people criminalizing sex work?

What a waste of taxpayers' money and of law enforcement resources for them to have done this sting operation in the first place--cameras set up in these massage parlors to catch these transactions!

Can you imagine how much time and money was spent on this nonsense? Detectives, cops, prosecutors...all wasting their time and our money while real crimes are happening.

No one cares.

Kraft is a 79 year old widower.  Who gives a flying shi* if he pays a few bucks for some sex acts? Anyone?  He is 79; good to see he is still in the game. (Should he go to the local bar and try to pick up women there?)

Even if you hate Kraft and his team,  this news is good news, as maybe now they will end this nonsense and focus on real crimes that actually undermine society. And maybe they won't waste our money and resources on such BS again.

Kraft isn't the 79 year old guy down the street.  He's the face of an organization that has succeeded on the strength of questionable-if-not-illegal practices that show the boss' disdain for the rules that govern the NFL.  If his personal practices are outside the lines, they simply mirror his approach to his business and reinforce the public's opinions.  The it-wasn't-wrong-cause-he-shouldn't-have-been-caught excuse "don't feed the bulldog."

if it was just a regular guy you can bet he would be prosecuted. Kraft used money and influence to get charges dropped

If your argument is simply that prostitution is not a big deal that is one thing but the human trafficking angle has been a part of this case since day one and that is definitely a real crime. To separate this case from human trafficking is not possible even if Kraft's part is indirect

Who the ***** cares that he got a rub & tug? We've all enjoyed a few. He wasn't trafficking the women, just receiving the end result. Same if you buy a bag of white lightening, you had nothing to do with the cartels, you're just getting a little pleasure

Sex trafficking is a huge problem around the world, and these types of interactions are systemic of the broader issue and they fuel the trafficking industry. It’s illegal. And that’s what law enforcement does...enforces the law. I see, though, that we should only use our law enforcement dollars toward things you don’t deem as BS.

I live close to Philly. They bust these places every once in a while and guys are arrested if caught inside.

I have to agree with this 100%.  Focus on real crimes rather than hand jobs after a massage.  That is the lowest of low hanging fruit.  If there was evidence of sex trafficking then fine go for that but a BJ or HJ after a massage?!?!?  SMFH....
