What "journos" you follow.  Schefter specifically said he is under through 2024:

2020: Year 1

2021: Year 2

2022: Year 3

2023: Year 4

2024: Year 5

I'll let people judge the probability of all of them being wrong and 1 person on a forum being right

Yeah, if it's a 4-year $60M extension, that's correct.  What I think they're doing is talking 2021-2024, not 2020-2024.

Yep. That’s a value. Not cheap not overpaying. It’s another example of why drafting good is so important.
This move gives me some hope that Milano might take an extension for 4 years and $45 mil.

This sounds right.  Not the top LT money, but not the top LT either.  The Bills are built around a concept of good to very good players at most positions, instead of a few top guys and lots of JAGs.  With the salary cap, this is the way to go.

All the talking heads know is that Dawkins is getting $60 million on a 4 year extension. They have no idea if that is $15 for the four or $12.2 for all five.

How do you have a 4 year average for a guy under contract for 5 years?  It's an average, not exact values.

It absolutely can't be 12.2 a year because he was under contract for this year. And no player has a 0 dollar contract.

I think it's reasonable to say he's with the team for 5 more years at $61M.
