I'm confused; does this mean he counts against the 80 man roster, or he doesn't?  Ordinarily with the 90 man roster it sounds as though he would, still?

Oh hell no.  If I have anything going for me, it’s my beautiful, non-gray head of hair.  Don’t you take that away from me.

Beasley has great hair.  Tony Romo said so - on national TV no less

‘You talkin’ to me? I dont see anybody- You talkin’ to ME?’

I really don’t know, but I’d guess it means he doesn’t count and won't until he’s “ready” to play, meaning someone has to go..?‍♂️

That would be nice if he doesn't count.

Do the guys on the covid-19 list count?

<looks around> You talkin’ to Me?

What do do I look like? Yolo in Ohio?

Brandon doesn’t run things by me. But I did ‘play sports at an extremely high level’, so I know a lot of stuff..?‍♂️

He does count I think, still trying to confirm. Buffalo Rumblings said he does but we will see. He’s expected to be taken off the list soon.  The Covid 19 guys do not count.

PT works wonders. My L4, L5, S1 discs have a bulge. The pain can be excruciating. Fusing the discs, simply creates a more complex, and long term problem.

I had the L4-L5 disc replaced last year. I had severe sciatica in my left leg. All better now

Until August 17 there are no actual practices.  There will only be on field strength and conditioning.  Beasley gets to spend his time getting treatment.  He'll still have to participate in whatever teaching takes place, however it happens - meetings, online, virtual, whatever.  Hopefully by the middle of August he'll be ready to go.

This is from Buffalo Bills site, so confirmed - he counts

"This move does not affect the roster count, which still sits at 82 players."

Yup, I’m good now, a specialist I saw back then said to me that a high percentage of long term back/disc pain are surgery related. I did the long slow method of Time and exercise, which is what he recommend, and low and behold it worked great, I was 36 years old when my back was acute, over a couple of years I was good to go, I’m 61 now and haven’t had acute issues for a couple of decades. Imo never go under the knife for your back unless you quite literally have no other choice.

In the early 1990's, I could not walk down a flight of stairs, without using both hands on the Bannister. I was seeing a Neurosurgeon @ Buffalo General about lower spinal fusion, and he said 'you can try physical therapy'. I worked my ass off for seven weeks, doing PT, and I got better. I've had several orthopedic surgeries, over the years, (Both knees, shoulder, elbow) and I'm pretty blaze' about getting sliced.

However, the idea of back surgery scares the hell out of me.

Scared me too but the disc was crushed and pinching the nerve. Pain was so bad at times I couldn't walk. Therapy and treatments didn't work so had disc replaced.

Me too, I’ve had surgeons messing around in my heart for hours, had my heart and lungs scoped and that for some reason didn’t raise the same alarms in my mind as a scalpel near my spine, we humans are a curious lot aren’t we...??

Perhaps surgical technology has made some strides in the last 30 years. Ill take a look at the article.

When I was having a real problem, I  had back pain so severe, that I could not even sit upright.

that's awful
