So, just to be clear: you are in favor of unmarked federal forces putting protestors — and make no mistake, many of those being taken ARE peaceful protestors — into unmarked rental vans, without reading them their rights? You’re on board with that?

I want to see them taking straight up peaceful protesters. My mama always said you are who you hang out with

Maybe peaceful protesters shouldn't be hanging out with rioters. I have not seen one instance of a completely peaceful organized protest, where unmarked Vans are snatching up protesters

Peaceful protest have always been extremely organized in this country. Now they're turning into mobs and looting. Bad apples ruin things for everybody

If you don’t see how using a secret police force to quash dissent and to physically attack press and medics — not to mention threatening to delay an election — are fascist tactics, I can’t help you. Go read a history book.

Any particular one?

Should the FBI, undercover cops, and other agencies drive around in big cars with lights and sirens etc?

how do you know their rights weren’t read in the van? You act as if they were just driving around snatching people up. Yeah they were snatching people up, those that were rioting and inciting violence against federal agencies which is 100% against the law.

You obviously side with the Chaos vs civilians of the city, business owners etc who want law and order restored in their communities. You need to understand there is nothing anyone can say or do to stop these people. Thousands of them are being paid and receiving guidance to continue this anarchy in the name of this election. Nobody should support that!!!

So, they "deserved it" then?

Don't pull your back trying to defend this.

1. Paintballs? That was a turn I did not see coming.

2. The article itself states that a small group began throwing rocks, waterbottles, bricks, etc. at officers.

3. Detained and abducted are very different things. Also, I believe the agency clarified that they were questioning specific people based on evidence of crimes committed in the days prior.

4. Ignored lawful orders to disperse, though admittedly more aggressive than expected at first glance. Not sure if there's more there or not.

5. Lots of one perspective there and I'd need to dig into it further.

6. I assume this is the same as #2, but from another source?

That there are “thousands of” protestors being coached and paid, with the purpose of affecting the election.

Do do you actually believe that?

I’m actually shocked you used the right form of you’re.  You aren’t as dumb as I thought. Still not smart but good job with basic grammar.

That’s cool. Were you born in 97? Is that why you have nothing better?

Is that why you are smarter than me? Or you’re always right... or just not open minded? Or is your view always the most logical? Or do you just support the objectives of the BLM organization?

Not everyone is going to agree with you. If you support the BLM organization and the lives of Black people too that’s fine. But it’s two different topics all together. One has no business in sports is my point. My opinion, not yours. But if you can’t accept other people’s opinions then that’s a lot bigger problem than correcting or looking for grammatical errors.

Yes I do. Can I prove it? No. But I do think money drives a lot of things in this world. I do believe there are individuals buying things, gear, helping coerce meetings Etc.... you may be thinking Billionaires are forking our money to drive the violence. Who knows.... what I do believe though is there are many individuals with money, paying people to get this, do that, meet up here and support these events. Absolutely.

But you think it's ok to abduct and assault people that have a different opinion than you, i.e protesters?

That's not protesting. She's literally trying to incite them

Is it right? No. But I didn't see her get snatched into a van. She could have been released 5 minutes later

That is not protesting tho, she was trying to stir a reaction, clear as day. She followed the troops

Do you think it's possible that police have aligned with far-right groups?

Protesters or people rioting?

were these people really abducted and assaulted? Or were that apprehended and taken away to be held accountable?

Im 100% for peaceful protests. These people that were apprehended were breaking the law which is not protected under the constitution. If it were cop cars that would be ok? Well they would 1. Run if they saw the cop car or 2. The cop car would be attacked. Does that make it ok to break the law.  I’m sorry you don’t agree with the tactic but it’s getting people who are breaking the law off the street. And that’s bad.

We can agree to disagree

Protesters.

What do you describe as the difference between an innocent person accused of no crime being "abducted" vs "apprehended and taken away"?

This is false in the cases I documented. Most of the people abducted are never even charged with a crime. If you claim different I want sources. otherwise your statement is a lie.

Look, I'm not going to take it any further because it's incredibly clear you have no interest in engaging. The thread's way off course at this point anyway. You completely ignored the receipts part of my original requests and pasted the expected stories that omit the exact context I referenced. I rebut and you seemingly accept all but 1. Some cops are bad and don't deserve to be cops. Hopefully when they show their colors they are held accountable for their actions. Many of the scenarios being presented are being framed a specific way intentionally, however. The country isn't fascist. Try to dial down the hysterics. If things were actually as you describe there would be no need to remove context or sensationalize the events. Have a good day and go Bills.

They are suspected of a crime, questioned, and released. That isn't abduction.

I gave you everything you asked for and you promptly ignored it or spun it to fit your narrative, as predicted.

"yea well, they deserved it."
