The point he was making is that there are no such thing as single game tickets at this point. The tickets were cancelled, not the event. The reason is, due to limited numbers of fans allowed, STH are going to get first right to purchase single game tickets. So they're revoking all originally issued tickets and starting from scratch.

Automated phone and live chat that dead ends without you ever talking to a real person. I ended up writing an email and they wrote back with a standardizes response basically saying I’d get my refund some day.

Expand if you paid with credit card, contact CC company and contest the charge.
