Offering refund but pushing for voucher. Language says the event is canceled.

All single game ticket sales are now invalid with refunds.  When seat availability for the games is determined, season ticket holders who choose to leave their payments on their season ticket holder account have dibs by a system yet to be determined.   If you want to see that particular game you should get to know as many season ticket holders as possible and be kind to them.

I'd take the voucher in case they raise ticket prices next year.

Does the voucher give you a one to one exchange or is it something that gives you the dollar value? If it is just dollar value take the money.

I think Vivid gives you a 110% credit to a future event.  Not positive though.

Isn't Vivid a porn company?

They might as well be, as they have screwed me twice by not delivering me the tickets I bought for events through their site.  ?

First thing I thought as well. Brought me back to my teenage years...

Squiggly playboy channel? Or super slow non broadband picture downloads on computers?

I'm 36, I've basically straddled two worlds as a teenager (poor choice of words given the context), neither great...ask me anything
