But you are correct, not having any evidence is definitely an insurmountable obstacle.

Expand LS is a big believer in defending any party's right to bring cases and suits, no matter the evidence or lack thereof. He was doubtless a big fan of the impeachment proceedings, another terrible and damaging moment in the last 4 years. 2
