I will not lift the President’s tweet. I will not give him that amplification. But he is calling for violence against American citizens during a moment of pain for so many. I’m furious, and you should be too.

Come on, man!  He was being a wise guy.

TGIF everybody!!  I love short work weeks. What are your food plans for the last weekend of May?  I’m not sure but maybe make some goat cheese.

I know I posted this before but it really fits today

Not sure on the food front, but I really want to go fishing.

I am smoking a brisket tomorrow with Apple Wood.....

One of the earliest concerts I attended: Uriah Heep and BOC

BOC was my first concert, at Alfred State college, couldn't even drive, mom dropped us off.  GO GO GODZILLA, loved the huge head and smoke.

My dad had a General Store many years ago before he bought his restaurant.  He sold everything there including albums.  My older brother worked there and came home with this album.  I assume it had just come out so this is around 1975.  My brother was 16 and I was 14.  I asked why he bought it.  He said the cover was cool.  Well this very quickly became MY album and not his and is still probably top 5 live albums in my book.  I drew the BOC logo on every notebook I had.  LOL

I was at a winery in Paso Robles a few years ago.  He had a dessert wine called Buck's Boogie.  I said Blue Oyster Cult!!  He said I was the first on to get it.  His dog's name was Buck Dharma.

Met Eric Bloom about ~22 years ago. He is an MMORPG nerd, and became internet friends with one of my friends. Got into a show they did at the Letchworth Pines for free, and got to briefly chat with him afterwards. Cool dude.

The guy (well kid at the time) who played keyboards in our band his brother played drums in a pretty well know band in the Albany area. They were all "buds" with the BOC guys.

BTW my buddy's brother's band had the claim to fame of having their video played on MTV's first day.
